The hotel is quite allright and amazing views from the terrace. Beds are soso and pillows awful if yku care abt that. Service cant be bothered and dinner is only until 20.30. Overall ok but better olaces in the area

Very conveniently located with a gorgeous view of the castle and the coastline across the river- the rooms are very nice although outdated the furniture is in excellent condition. There’s parking in the basement of the hotel which is very convenient. For dinner the restaurant had mostly a buffet and the same for breakfast. Good variety to choose. Their wine selection is very large and easy to find wine to please many selections. I will stay here in future visits and would recommend to anyone.

I really enjoyed my stay here, stayed here for one night in the junior suite and felt very welcomed. Castle and river view from the junior suite balcony was great during the day and at night (could see how the town and castle lights up at night). Heard no noises and was able to sleep comfortably. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast was nice too, plates and dining area were clean and filling. I encountered no issues during my stay here, others who stayed longer may have but for one night it was great!

The hotel is cozy, clean. Great and helpful staff. Rich breakfasts and dinners. Giving 4 stars, because the pool and sauna were very cold and not prepared properly for all the guests.

Hotel has some of the best views in Cochem. The staff was hit or miss with their service (one fellow was amazing and accommodating, another wanted nothing to do with our stay). Hotel has a restaurant which is nice for an evening meal. Hotel had a great wine selection and the staff tended to the room everyday! Would stay again.

In general, everything is old. No parking available while stating "available". Small dark room with poor view and poor equipment. Strange toilet with empty tissue box. Price 142 EUR, no worth paying. I think 80-90EUR is proper level if I consider such room condition.

Food is amazing. Rooms are great and swimming pool en sauna excellent. Sauna 60 ‘ and 90 graden. 4 times been here and always food excellent. Personal already became more friendly so all is great for the price.
